2. Live Animals

Working with live creatures involves unique responsibilities:

• Health Guarantee: We guarantee all animals are healthy and active upon shipment. Because their health depends on your setup, our responsibility ends once they are successfully acclimated to your enclosure.
• Shipping: We only ship when weather conditions are safe for the animals. We reserve the right to delay shipping if temperatures are extreme.

3. Product Descriptions

While we strive for accuracy, please remember that every animal is unique. Patterns, colors, and sizes may vary slightly from the photos shown in the collection.

4. Your Responsibility

As a member of the Tribe, you agree to research the specific needs of any species you purchase. Our care guides are a starting point, but the ultimate well-being of the animal is in your hands.
